RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

• You have 14 DAYS from the delivery date (according to tracking) to return your order for a FULL REFUND.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation of your refund.

Starting a Return:

• Email info@shopskboutique.com with your order number, items to return, and reason for return.
• A prepaid return label will be emailed to US customers. However, a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
• If you would like to ship your package back yourself, feel free to add your own postage and shipping charges will not be deducted. 
• International orders are responsible to ship their orders back with their own carriers.

Additional Policies:

• Price adjustments are not allowed.
• Only one discount code per purchase can be used.
• Report any damaged items within 4 days of delivery by emailing info@shopskboutique.com.
• We do not offer exchanges.
